We’re thrilled to announce that Lime Therapy is now part of Genshare’s business network. Founded in 2008 by husband-and-wife team Renee and Matt Kelly, Lime Therapy is a leading multidisciplinary allied health provider based in Mildura, proudly serving the Sunraysia region. Over nearly two decades, the business has built trusted partnerships across government and healthcare networks including NDIS, TAC, and WorkSafe. Lime Therapy is a cornerstone of the local community.
The organisation’s 40-strong team includes highly-skilled clinicians who deliver a broad range of services, from occupational therapy and physiotherapy to hand therapy, exercise physiology, and speech therapy. Their purpose-built facility near Mildura’s city centre features 11 consultation rooms, a fully equipped rehabilitation gym, and an accessible hydrotherapy pool, all of which are designed to deliver exceptional client care and professional collaboration.
At the heart of Lime Therapy’s success is its strong, people-first culture. Under Renee and Matt’s leadership, the team has fostered a supportive, safe, and motivating environment, leading to exemplary staff engagement and retention. Over the years, Renee and Matt had explored ways to embed equity and ownership more fully into the fabric of Lime, and in doing so, embed it more deeply into the Sunraysia community. In Genshare, they found a solution which would enable them to transfer business ownership to the current leadership team at Lime Therapy.
Through Genshare’s ownership model, the existing senior leadership team will become co-owners of the business, with an equity stake that can grow over time to majority ownership. They’ll continue leading day-to-day operations – as they have done for a long time – supported by a new commercial director overseeing the financial function. An elevated senior role will also be created to assume some of Renee’s current responsibilities as she transitions into an ongoing strategic advisory role. She will continue to provide occupational therapy services at Lime, which remains her enduring passion. Renee will also consult on opportunities to extend Genshare’s model more broadly across the allied health sector.
We were drawn to Lime Therapy for its deep community roots, distinctive culture, and forward-thinking leadership – qualities that make it a true standout in Australia’s allied health sector.
We couldn’t be more excited to Welcome Lime Therapy and its amazing team to the Genshare Business Network.
